Water, water, water, indeed! Buddy of mine just dropped 10 pounds in a couple weeks because drastically cut back on soda.

Too many people swear by it for there not to be some basis, I guess. I really should start drinking more water and less Diet Dr. Pepper. But the latter tastes OH SO MUCH better!
