Aerobic exercise: What 30 minutes a day can do for your body

As kind of a follow up to all the fitness talk I was harping on yesterday, below is a link to a great article. 

Sure, I could re-write and re-word it here, but then I’d cut into my exercise time, and since those Levi’s won’t loosen up on their own- I don’t want to do that!  Here’s the link, Aerobic exercise: What 30 minutes a day can do for your body
