Step 1: Improve Your Poise
Poise Affirmation. Today I will avoid all nervous and unnecessary movements of the body, and all thoughts that cause a waste of nervous energy. I will focus on cultivating calmness, repose, peacefulness, and deliberateness.
Poise Exercise. Sit still, thoroughly relax the body. Empty your mind of distracting thoughts, and concentrate fully on the following:
- Poise which gives power.
- Poise which gives purpose.
- Poise which gives self control.
- Poise which opens a world of possibilities.
- Poise which strengthens mental force.
- Poise which heightens awareness.
