		<description>Moving away from the screan and getting some mild exercise every hour or so is very important - not just for the body, but it gives the mind some time-out.

Try a short walk somewhere where you can look into the distance - don&#039;t forget your eyes suffer too!

I&#039;ve got this crazy idea that every computer could be powered by a pedal generator under the table. Anyone ever tried to set one up?

Visions of an office full of people madly pedalling!
