That is a great quote. I think fear is the biggest issue for most people seeking self help. At some point you have to find the courage to take action to achieve your goals and dreams.
You can create a step by step action plan to focus on what you want to accomplish and motivate you to get to the next step. We have to change the way we think to discipline our minds. What can you accomplish tomorrow if you plan for it today? Stay positive and just go for it.
