Self confidence is such an important topic – thanks for talking about it here. I personally believe that lack of self-confidence is at the root of all that is not good in our lives.

It’s easy to have your self-confidence eroded when you believe what others say about you – you’re always late, you thinking too big – you’ll never get that, why can’t you be more like….

It’s also very easy to get it back. The first step is to just DECIDE that you’ll be self confident.

I was googling self confidence on the internet the other day and apparently they made something called subliminal music to help people improve their self confidence levels through self hypnosis? Has anyone ever tried subliminal music?
