When you click through and purchase a book or product (I use Amazon more than anything), I earn a small percentage – this does not affect your cost whatsoever (I wouldn’t do that to you!). This income allows me to earn money from my efforts on my website and allows my cats to live the life they have become accustomed to.
When you see an article labeled “Articles by Other Authors,” chances are I have been paid to publish the article. Posts that are paid for are called “sponsored posts.” Some of these posts, however, are simply “guest posts” which are cases of freelance writers simply wanting to get their content seen by as many people as possible.
As mentioned above, making money from my websites is a primary concern since I work full-time from home and, well, cat food isn’t free. Or cheap!
