I’ve always been coconuts for the taste of coconuts – coconut cake, Almond Joy and Mounds Candy Bars, coconut ice cream, coconut shrimp, coconut right out of the bag…. any way I can get my hands on coconuts is a welcome sight to me.
I’ve become a HUGE fan of coconut water, too. A few benefits I’ve noticed with coconut water:
- Caffeine Free – so it’s perfect for drinking late at night.
- Helps with Digestion – if you have digestive issues (or simply wouldn’t mind a little help in the area), coconut water could be just what you need.
- It’s a great way to get off of soft drinks. It’s a healthy switch and so much tastier.
