Turmeric is one of my favorite spices to use in cooking – I actually loved it even before I discovered how healthy it is. While there are endless ways to “sneak” extra turmeric into your cooking and meals, my absolute favorite is with rice. I’ve never tried turmeric tea (as mentioned in the beautiful infographic below) but I’m making it a point to do so asap!
