If you’ve been having problems for a while with low energy, you might want to schedule a doctor’s visit. It could be something as simple as low iron, low B12, or even low vitamin D. If your vitamins are out of whack, you probably aren’t going to find your elusive energy without a supplement.
Whatever you do, don’t play doctor, yourself. Leave it to the professionals – especially when it comes to iron, because too much is a very bad thing.

I can’t believe the difference exercise makes in my energy level. Although following an exercise routine takes time out of my day, I find I get more done through out the day. I sleep better, feel more rested and exercise is a great self-esteem booster. Great infographic!
