“The grass is not, in fact, always greener
on the other side of the fence.
Fences have nothing to do with it.
The grass is greenest where it is watered.
When crossing over fences, carry water with you
and tend the grass wherever you may be.”
– Robert Fulghum,
“It Was on Fire When I Lay Down on It”
I agree with this quote. The grass is not always greener when you do not do constant watering. It may also be applied in one’s life that nothing can be better if you do not strive to make the best. We can only succeed by exerting the best effort that we can give to reach our goals and we must maintain it. This is definitely one inspirational tip for making a big difference.
