Step 1: Improve Your Poise

Poise Affirmation. Today I will avoid all nervous and unnecessary movements of the body, and all thoughts that cause a waste of nervous energy. I will focus on cultivating calmness, repose, peacefulness, and deliberateness.

Poise Exercise. Sit still, thoroughly relax the body. Empty your mind of distracting thoughts, and concentrate fully on the following:

  1. Poise which gives power.
  2. Poise which gives purpose.
  3. Poise which gives self control.
  4. Poise which opens a world of possibilities.
  5. Poise which strengthens mental force.
  6. Poise which heightens awareness.

Memorize the Following:
