The next time you find yourself alone in a dark alley facing the undeniables of life, don’t cover them with a blanket, or ignore them with a nervous grin. What you and I might rate as an absolute disaster, God may rate as a pimple-level problem that will pass. He views your life the way you view a movie after you’ve read the book. 1. Need to add one more:
    Like a tick attached to the ear of an elephant stampeding across an old wooden bridge, we think we are shaking up the world …when in truth we’re just along for the ride. –Max Lucado (Outlive Your Life)

  2. Max Lucado devotionals and his books have made a tremendous difference in my life. I read them when I am studying my Sunday school lesson; when I am happy or when I am troubled; I can feel God’s presence as I read about Him, through Max Lucado’s words. Anyone who has the ability to use the English language the way he does should be (and Is) working for the Lord. Thank you God for Max Lucado, from the bottom of my heart.

  3. Thanks for sharing this remarkable piece of inspirational information. Max Lucado’s quotes reinforces the power of words so much that it reminds me of one of mine quote;

    “Many hearts whether wounded or broken, can be mended with the right words whether written or spoken.” ~ Don Chuckie
