I am a medical doctor in a holistic practice. Certainly their are supplements that will help to reduce the risk of breast cancer such as the antioxidants found in green tea. However, the most important thing you can do is choose the right kinds of foods to eat every day. Breast feeding your baby will also cut down your risk for developing the disease.

Most people aren’t aware that well over TWO DOZEN different diseases, illnesses and other adverse health conditions are caused in part by vitamin D deficiency.
These are not trivial illnesses either. Fibromyalgia, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, metabolic syndrome and various forms of cancer (including breast cancer) are just a few examples of the many, many disease for which the risk factor for developing said diseases increases in those deficient in vitamin D.
Keep up the great work and continue to inform people about the myriad of diseases that can be staved off by ensuring vitamin D levels are adequate.
