Why Not Go Out on a Limb?

After All, That's Where the Fruit Is

I was in the yard picking apples and pears a few days ago and as I tried to work my way to the end of each branch, I thought of a great quote by Frank Scully, “Why not go out on a limb? Isn’t that where the fruit is?

When a pear crashed down on my head, I decided I’d had enough and headed inside because of another great quote by me, “When the pear tree turns on you, run.”

I’m sure we all can think of times when we’ve stepped outside of our comfort zone and realized the truth of Frank Scully’s quote. Below are more quotes about going out on limbs and taking chances. They may just inspire me to tackle the pear tree again.
