I truly feel that in order to realize ones true potential one has to constantly work on him or herself; understanding that you can not really love some one until you love yourself. You can not help no one unless your helping yourself also. This is a lifetime goal that should exist in every heart.

Great infographic! And I love the design too! I would like to add some points to complete the tips section:
1) Stop comparing your accomplishments to those of your friends and colleagues. Everybody’s different and we all have different paths in our personal and professional lives. Just follow what works for you, do what feels right and you’ll eventually succeed.
2) Write a gratitude list at the end of each day. Write down all the things you’ve been grateful for. This will bring positivity into your day.
3) Listen to positive music and podcasts to keep you on the bright side!

Excellent points, Megan! Thanks so much for taking the time to share these thoughts on overcoming self doubt. Comparing your own accomplishments to those of others is always a dead-end street – that’s a great point. I also love the thought of a gratitude list – instant mood lifter!
